Detectives say that their review of additional facts does not support that the photographer was taking pictures of a residence, as initially reported by the complainant. Yesterday, detectives ticketed the 18-year-old Franklin resident for Trespassing. He is due in court on June 30 at 1:00 pm. This press release was produced by the City of Franklin.
