Ducati Redmond is seeking a qualified, motivated, and reliable Service Writer! We service and sell Ducati motorcycles (www.ducatiredmond.com). Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Diagnose and document problems with motorcycles and clearly describe them on the Repair Order • Inform customers of additional services by discussing current service specials as well as any additional work needed • Review Repair Orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness • Any duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership • Assist in parts and accessory sales • Other related duties as assigned Requirements: • Self-motivated • Personable and excellent customer service skills • Passionate about motorcycling • Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
