Left on top of my car while filling up at Costco Carlsbad Saturday 5/14 in the AM. Could have fallen off somewhere between the Costco and North Carlsbad. Looks to have opened and scattered contents along Cannon Rd over the bridge. Description: ugly green fabric with velcro closure that no longer holds.
