please help my neighbor bring Charlie Home

He is a Silky Yorkshire terrier. He weighs about 15 lbs. he got lost may 6th from his home 4318 Towers rd near Spruce Ave in East side KCMO He was wearing his black harness the day he got lost. He was last seen on 39th and Spruce. Please help, his elderly owner has dimentia and Charlie is his Emotional support dog. He is very upset with Charlie missing. Charlie is 10 yrs old, has missing teeth and takes medication. Please call if you have seen him!
