I am looking to rent a space that is 300 to 500 square feet for building surfboards and repairing surfboards and paddleboards. Space provided must have electricity and water and usable toilet either in space or nearby. I am willing to share a space as well with anyone willing to split costs. Please Help! Thank You!!!
