Your parakeet/s (and all medium/large birds) are loud and screech/scream/squawk constantly because you don't have toys in their cage. They're parrots and need enrichment. Keep their cages STOCKED with toys and rotate often. Bored birds are loud birds. Give them toys to help reduce noise. Too many post with cages that are nearly empty!
