This rack is made of high quality pvc. I do not know who manufactured it. These tubs are not very big and are for baby snakes perhaps corn snakes or other colubrids. 10 tubs and belly heat already installed. The pictures show one tub is missing. I have it in my bedroom so no tubs are missing all are included.
