Hey! We are providing an excellent airbnb experience near Lake Winnipesaukee, and a HUGE part of that is making sure the property is properly cleaned and cared for between each guest visit. The ideal candidate is: - a great communicator - has excellent attention to detail - good experience cleaning households or other properties - available throughout the week within 24 hour notice to clean - has reliable transportation - has cleaning supplies A team of 2 will be best here, if you know anyone you would like to work with! This is two properties side by side with a shared common area game space in a converted garage. The garage also has additional sleeping space in the upper level. I expect this will keep one or two people very busy! Pay is based on the volume of guests - I am interested in your quote to clean each of our units, each time a guest leaves. The schedule is very flexible based off of the booking schedule, but we will give you as much advance notice as possible for each cleaning. You just need to be ready to turn over the units within a 5 hour window from check out to check in. Each visit will be paid on a per unit cleaning fee, so in just a few hours you could make great money. Depending on how busy the schedule is, you could be making $1000 per WEEK between the two properties.
