glass guru installed some windows for me about two months ago. without them telling me they installed the window with a rotten casing. water came in the window. i never go into the back yard so i never saw it. the caulk job was pretty sloppy. it was on the blinds and on the glass window. i would not recommend or ever use glass guru again. all they cared about was getting out as fast as they could. good luck.
