Handyman needed in Downtown Philadelphia (Financial District) compensation: $25.00/Hr employment type: part-time Royalty Cleaning Experts is looking for a handyman to work part-time (24 hours per week, 8 hours on Mon-Wed-Fri) in downtown Philadelphia (will eventually move to full time as clients move in). Handyman must be experienced in basic handy work and be able to do the following duties: Tasks would include painting, furniture assembly and install, mounting TV’s, general HVAC maint., general plumbing and electrical. The handyman will work on various tasks throughout the day ranging from putting up signs, furniture assembly, painting, moving things for members between offices, light electrical/appliance repair, changing filters and assisting the on site general manager. Ideal candidate must be reliable, professional, and have experience working as a handyman in a commerical setting.
