TWO JOBS: 1) I want just the front of a rental property painted. Only the front b/c next year I want to re-side the entire house. It's in rough shape. I'd like it done this week (if possible). I'll provide the paint. You'll need to bring paint brushes, scraper, tall ladder and anything else you deem helpful. I'll pay $600. Please email if you're interested. Would be nice to give me some info about yourself, including experience, number where I can reach you, etc. Location is in Atwood/Schenk neighborhood on Waubesa St. 2) Different Painting job: I'll pay $600 max (or $50 an hour for 12 hours) to paint interior of unit where needed. In other words, I'll have you paint just the walls/ceilings where needed. I'll provide paint, you'll need to bring paint brushes, ladder (8 foot ceilings), drop clothes and whatever else you need to complete job. I need that done on 7/1 and 7/2 (all done by 7/3).
