INSTALL FLAT ROOF - 14' by 22'

A few years ago I installed a flat foam core metal roof on a side room on the house (see picture). I now want to take the metal roof off and replace it with 2x6" supports spaced 16 inch on center - cover it with plywood and shingles over that. Then put drywall on the ceiling attaching to the 2x6 supports. We will do the painting. I will buy all the materials and have them laid out next to the room. I'm looking for someone to do this job - which I can assist with if you need help. Again, I will pay for all materials so I need your labor charge on this.
