Looking to hire someone for skilled work for an Investor with multiple projects going on including commercial renovations and rental houses, also flipping houses. You will need to provide references and pictures of past work. Must have your own transportation, tools, great references, and a willingness to work. Looking for someone who is available full-time. Ability to travel up to 1-2 hours to do projects occasionally, even better.
