hello! this is my hamster, her name is Joan. She is super friendly and is completely tame. She will not bite you unless she feels very provoked. She is a little over a year old, so she's an adult. She would be the perfect hamster for kids (but please, make sure to read up on hamster care first! hamsters require a 40gal tank or equivalent/higher in a bin cage. She is pretty chill with a smaller one but she will need to be handled a lot to compensate for a smaller size), and she loves interaction. She will come out and stand like a little meerkat when she wants to play! I am only rehoming her due to the fact that my cats have suddenly taken a HUGE interest in her that they did not have before, and she is becoming very scared of them. I want her to go to a home with no cats if possible. Text me to arrange a pickup time, she will come in a plastic carrier with some wood shavings. She is used to eating Sunburst hamster food.
