EcoForce Solutions is a leading energy efficiency company in California. We are currently expanding our Residential Solar Installation teams to keep up with the mounting demand. Desired Candidate Roofing experience is helpful 
Must have construction experience.
Must have experience with power tools and hand tools. Great attitude and communication skills. You must be Safety conscious and be willing to take part in our safety program. Must work effectively with teams. What you will do:
• Working on rooftops, layout assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware
• Assist with the (DC) wiring of all solar products (inverters etc.) 
• Prepare and clean-up job site
• Pull materials for each installation job 
• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the installation process.
 Please Read:
• No fear of heights, ability to lift heavy objects, Climbing, squatting, reaching, bending Necessary Skills and Experience:
• Construction background residential, roofing experience is a plus. 
• Working with ladders on roof environments. 
• Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.
• Great work ethic
• Positive attitude and pride in workmanship. 
• Comfortable working on roofs, in high, or tight areas. Experience: 1-year minimum construction.
