General laborer: Greenworks is looking to hire multiple energetic and motivated personnel to work in the field with our licensed septic technicians. From our office on Camano Island, we serve from Pierce County to the Canadian border. Family owned and operated, with over 35 years in the septic industry, we want to hire the right employees who have a strong work ethic, diverse backgrounds, and a can-do attitude! We work outside in almost all weather conditions, and these will be year-round positions. We are seeking smart, capable people to assist our senior field techs in inspecting, troubleshooting & repairing septic systems. The job will include digging, heavy lifting & physical work in the outdoors. Must be willing to work on Saturdays. Sundays are always unscheduled. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Have a clean driving record. Possession of a CDL is a huge plus. 2) Covid vaccination, or self-paid weekly proof of negative status. 3) Pass a drug & alcohol screening. THIS INCLUDES MARAJUANA. Having a record does not necessarily disqualify you, but failure to disclose it does. 5) Work experience with general labor, landscaping, general contracting, etc. of at least 6 months. BENEFITS: 1) 4 x 10 hour shifts per week, on a rotating schedule. This allows for each employee to have a 5-day weekend every three weeks. 2) One week paid vacation after 1 year of service. Two weeks after 3 years of service. 3) Medical, dental & vision insurance. 4) 401(k) with 3% matching after 1 year of service. 5) Tuition reimbursement & professional development benefits after 6 months of service.
