Carpet Liquidators with 6 locations is seeking building maintenance do it all person.
20-30 hours per week. Travel to each location once every 4 to 6 weeks.
Bellingham, Tacoma, Seattle, North Seattle, Everett, and Kirkland.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Landscape, Light bulb replacement or repair. Cleaning various areas. Various repairs to our buildings.
Whatever comes up.
Extensive Plumbing or Electrical will be handled by our repair companies.
Working well on your own is a must!!
