My name is Dan I am a generally skilled handyman with many years of construction in different aspects. I am seeking an arrangement with a person who has land and maybe an old house that needs to be remodeled. This would be an agreement to secure a plot of land for myself. I would like something off the beaten trail somewhat remote, I am an independent worker and can make a schedule to remodel different aspects of the structure over time. I focus on rehabbing structures as much as possible to keep the original look. Alternatively I am also seeking an area to work on projects such as a tiny home or remodeling motorhomes and fifth wheel style trailers.
