I'm looking for someone local and available tomorrow (sunday) or Monday to look at a property for me. You'll look at an apartment and let me know if the a/c feels cool, do the appliances look good or broken, is there a lot of noise or a quiet area? I'll pay $50 who can go to the appointment, look at the property, and get back to me. When you accept the job I'll give you the exact location and we'll work out the time to go look. You'll be meeting with a realtor who will unlock the place for you and tell you about it.
