It should not be Federal Law. Local Governors will make the decisions with the electorate of that state. It does seem there should be a time limit though. Up until the time of birth seems exceptionally deplorable, sick and evil. A person would have to be more than deplorable, sick and evil. The person would have to be a demonrat to celebrate that.
