Im looking for someone to drive different areas of Houston and look for vacant houses and houses that are beat up and need work. Things to look for is tall grass, rust stains, roof in bad shape(missing shingles), junk all around the property, siding is rotting, mailbox is messed up or is full of mail. So i will providing sticky notes to put on each door of these type of houses. I will have 500 yellow sticky notes to put on 500 houses. It doesn't have to be all at once, you can do like 50 to 100 a week. I will need a picture and the address of each house. You must know Houston area well. It would be ideal if you already drive around Houston on a daily basis. I use software called deal machine that makes this very easy.
