Share Office

Hi all. I am looking into renting an office at one of the WeWork building and I was wondering if someone is willing to share the office and obviously the rent. I am looking for an office in the Flatiron/NoMad areas. About me: I have my 9-5 job as an Engineer (aviation industry, manufacturing airplane components). However; several days a week I work from home (WFH) and I want to be able to have the option of having an decent place to work when I don’t feel like staying in my apartment. Also, having an office which can be shared with two other people (the one I was looking at has capacity for 3 people) could be beneficial for me and you. I plan on being in this office at least 3 days a week. I want to work on my job stuff but also working on some other side projects at the same time. I am very laid back and fun guy (according to me) but I also would like to partner with people that want to work smart and efficient and have a goal (in any industry) even though most likely we wont see each other that much, but we also have to trust each other since eventually we will have some hardware in the office at times. I have an appointment to see the office (if it doesn’t get rented by then) this coming Monday May, 16th. I will check the office and of course leasing terms and prices.
