Need Electrician to Install a Few Ceiling Mounted Lights

I have a house that I need ceiling mounted lights in the living room dining room and 3 bedrooms. Currently in the bedrooms there are light switches that control the outlets for lamps that I would like to instead control a ceiling mounted light. For the living room there is a light fixture you can tie into not far in the entrance way. Looking to hire someone soon while my attic is wide open before I do blow in insulation.
