Join our team! Leland Management is seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance employee for one of its HOA communities in the Clermont area. The position is full-time with great benefits. Duties include: Minor repairs Painting as needed Pressure washing buildings and sidewalks Cleaning of bathrooms, clubhouse, pool area and recreational areas Requirements Requirements are: - Must be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment - Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) - Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English - General knowledge of light construction work, i.e. drywall repairs, painting, etc. - General knowledge of fire alarm systems, lighting, painting - Organizational skills: Maintenance of workshop areas, inventory and supplies - Preventive maintenance of community's equipment - Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds PI177825516
