20-30 hours/week Work for a private company serving private estate homes. Looking for person to work with our company performing various duties such as: garage cleaning, car & golf cart maintenance, leaf blowing, pool netting, gutter cleaning, pressure cleaning, window washing using tucker brush system, picking up landscape debris, install storm shutters, moving and cleaning patio furniture. General cleaning of exterior surfaces using proper chemicals and processes. Handyman duties, lightbulbs, door & window locks, jambs etc. Hours can be flexible around school dates times. Need reliable transportation and be self directing. Basic English required.
