Are you tired of dealing with tenets that don't want to pay??... Late night calls about plumbing or neighbor problems that you don't have the patients to deal with??.. Or maybe you'd just like to get general maintenance off your plate ( lawn care,, painting,, rehab to re-rent)... Well,, Id like to fill that roll... Generally I spend my days painting,, cleaning,, or helping with fix and flip projects or re-rents.. But,, Id like to set up something more permanent.. Instead of working for different contracts,, that are one and done jobs,, I was hoping to get a solid client list.. One that can supply me with a more reliable and steady income base.. Management companies can charge an arm and a leg,, I know.. But,, I'm not a company.. I'm an honest reliable drug and drama free hard worker..
