MINI of Hawaii is GROWNING, and we needs your help! Maybe you are new to working on cars? Maybe you are a current technician and looking for a better work environment? Maybe you want to get your foot in the door and get paid while we get you the necessary training you need? HERE IS THE DEAL: First, we have officially opened the doors to our new, State-of-the-Art dealership in Kapolei. We couldn't be happier, and with the move, we have added a HUGE Pre- owned inventory, full of all makes and models, and we need to properly service them, recondition them, and get them ready for sale. We have a Pre-owned Manager who says "YES" to the work to ensure we put our best foot forward to our new owners, and we need your help. We are looking for a Motivated Service Tech, someone who enjoys working with others, personable, dedicated, and doesn't mind a good schedule and leaders who will guide you, and are pretty chill and cool to work for. The team in place it awesome, but we need more. We have seen a huge increase in sales, and with it, and increase in service, with an owner base who says YES to paid work, and a built in Maintenance and Warranty that pays like customers. Hiring all types: Master Techs Expert Tire and Wheel Oil and maintenance Apprentice I also forgot to mention the best part - Aside from a $24-43 an hour pay-plan with bonuses along the way, we have an INCREDIBLE work/life balance - We offer a 4/10 work week, meaning we only need you 4 days a week, about 10 hours a day, including 3 and 5 day weekends off... ... does your current dealer do that? Probably not. WE DON'T ASK FOR MUCH: -We will train you -40 hour a week gig -hours aren't horrible -be cool to your co-workers -if someone is un-cool back, let me know *cracks knuckles* -be on-time. This is a legit pet peeve of mine. -have fun OH!
