Something was once said about insanity equating to someone doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Like, these employers, posting the same ad for the same job, over and over -- for months. As for me, I just delete the ad before opening it, it's been posted SO many times, I already know what it says. So, either these are scam ads, or you need to post a new help wanted ad for a new talent recruiter.
