I am looking to hire someone for ongoing 1x per week exterior cleanup with 10 before and 10 after photos (not the honor system unfortunately). Very simple cleanup which I do myself when I visit properties. Anyone with a camera phone and reliable transport can do this. It takes me 30 minutes to do a very good cleanup at the property. I wear a vinyl glove and carry a trash bag, I clean the napkins and plastic trash around the parking lot and near the dumpster. The position is independent contractor and I can pay with checks, earnings over a certain amount will be reported via 1099 (so you may owe your own taxes on your earnings).
