Help learning to drive fifth wheel

Hello, We're going to be buying a fifth wheel and have no experience driving a fifth wheel. We'd like to get experience driving either a fifth wheel or gooseneck even if it's a utility type trailer to understand the mechanics of driving it and backing up etc well enough to safely operate our own when we get it. Would anyone be willing to bring a truck and trailer to an empty lot and show us the ropes and let us practice with some cones etc? There are some RV driving schools available, but they require you to have your own RV already. If so please let me know what you would like for compensation.
