On Thursday our dog got out when the door blew open from the wind. We are thinking someone has him and doesn’t realize he’s chipped. He is an all black lab and he’s five years old. He is very good and would come if called. His name is Quincy. He has no collar on but he is chipped. He got out around Raleigh and bayaud around 1 pm Thursday afternoon. Please reach out if you see him or hear if anyone finding a dog.
