Property Maintenance Technician (Summer position, May through August) Currently seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician for our family owned rental properties in the Madison/Verona WI areas. Job Responsibilities: • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely matter. • Complete preventative maintenance work such as replace light bulbs, replace filters • Perform plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs as needed • Painting, cleaning, • Mow multiple properties. • Communicate with staff about tasks that need to be performed daily. • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. Job Requirements: • Valid driver’s license. • Reliable transportation. • High School Diploma/GED equivalent. • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted. • Experience in operating a variety of equipment including power saws, drills, and tools. • Effective written and oral skills. • A minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience is preferred. • Hands-on experience with customer service, rough and finish carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, equipment maintenance/operation and facility repairs is a plus. • Comfortable working on ladders Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Based on skill level.
