The following changes to City Facilities and City Services will be in place for the Christmas and New Year Holidays:
City Offices - City Hall and the Community Center remain closed to the public. Many services are available online and staff are available to assist during normal business hours 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday. Emergency Services - Police and fire will remain open. To report an emergency call 9-1-1. For non-emergencies call (310) 524-2750. Street Sweeping Enforcement - Street sweeping restrictions city-wide will not be enforced from 12/24 through 1/1. All other parking restrictions remain in effect, and street sweeping enforcement will resume on Monday 1/4. Trash and Recycling - Trash collection on 12/25 and 1/1 will be postponed by one day. The holiday tree recycling bin located at 8th and Valley Drive will be available starting on Monday 12/28. Recreation Facilities - The Kelly Courts, Community Center Tennis Courts, Skate Park and Community Center offices will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day – all day.
