Welcome! We are currently seeking a Short Term Rental/ Airbnb/ Property Cleaner who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cleaning operations for our short term guests and ensuring all guests receive a consistent high level of service. Primary role is to keep the home located in Harrison County, well maintained, thoroughly cleaned, and in impeccable shape. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, detail oriented, and have outstanding communication skills. This job requires very strong organizational skills, access to reliable transportation, and open availability on weekends, and holidays as necessary. Responsibilities include: · Fully turning over and cleaning the AirBNB Washing sheets/towels, removing trash, making beds, cleaning dishes, general cleaning, etc. · Going through a detailed checklist to make sure each unit is ready for guests, and quality and cleanliness stays consistently high · This is for a part time position. Flexible scheduling, based on week by week demand. Typical working hours are between 11 AM to 3 PM. · Inspect all homes before & after each guest - identify any damages or supply deficiencies · Coordinate cleaning & touch up cleans with management · Perform inventory checks on homes to keep them well stocked as per the homes occupancy expectations Job Type: Part-time, with flexible hours Pay: TBD Benefits: Flexible hours and schedule *Driver's License (Required) We are open to candidates who are located outside of Harrison County, as long as they have access to reliable transportation.
