Let me introduce you to our panel; Erin Webster; Loan Consultant with Caliber Home loans Melissa Willet; Real Estate Agent with Skyline Realty Keegan Scharnikow; Insurance Agent with TOP Insurance TBA; Home Inspector This is a great opportunity for a first-time home buyer to get informed and ask questions without having to attend “the class”. If you are already in your first home and are thinking about moving up, investing, or just looking to connect, this is a great place to start! Many of us jump into an insurance policy when we buy our homes without talking to an agent to make sure that what we have is in our best interest. Here is how it works; We will have 4 tables each with a different industry professional stationed: Loan office, Real Estate Agent, Insurance Agent, Home Inspector, or Escrow officer. When you arrive, you can go to any table. When the timer starts each person will present for 5 minutes and then open for questions for 5 minutes. When the timer sounds after 10 minutes is up, it’s time to switch! Find the next table you would like to visit, and the timer starts again! Once you have visited all 4 tables and the last timer has sounded all the tables will be open for discussion. Stay as long as you like and leave with some great contacts to move forward with your Real Estate journey, wherever you may be in the process!
