Rodef 2100 Goes Hiking!

Join Rodef 2100 for a hike along the Mount Vernon Trail! Join Rodef 2100 on Saturday, May 21st at 3:30pm for a hike of Mount Vernon Trail! We will gather at Reagan National Airport Metro station at 3:30pm.  Feel free to ride the train, or park at the airport and join us at the entrance to the station. From there, we will begin with a short text study for Shabbat before getting on the trail and heading out. Our path will lead us through Gravelly Point Park and, (if we want to keep going), will take us across the bridge and over the Potomac river to end at the Smithsonian Metro station in DC.  Or, if the group wants a shorter hike experience, we can turn back at the base of the bridge and make it an "out-and-back" hike instead. Total distance for this hike is 3.4 miles on a paved trail. Rodef 2100 is the young professionals group affiliated with Temple Rodef Shalom in Falls Church, VA.
