Schedule: Part-Time - 3 days a week; 7am – 3pm with ½ hour lunch. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Vacuum entire office each morning, including main office areas and all inner offices / conference rooms. Additional cleaning, vacuum and mop of office areas as needed, including mopping tiled floors 3x per week. Clean and maintain all bathrooms, including floors, stalls, counters, toilets, soap, paper etc. Clean and maintain kitchen area/break room and coffee bar including cleaning counters, tables, chairs, microwaves, sinks. Clean out 3 refrigerators once per week. Dust desks, computers, conference tables and chairs. Preparing and keep fresh coffee and iced tea throughout the day. Training will be provided for special coffee machines. Clean coffee machines daily. Responsible for removing all trash daily to the dumpster located on the office campus. Monitor cleaning and break room supplies, and request restocks as needed such as soap, paper towels, cups, utensils, etc. Organizing conference rooms and moving light chairs. Perform other office custodial tasks as needed. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years past office cleaning and housekeeping experience is required. Must have your reliable transportation. Speak conversational English. Work independently and follow any written or verbal direction. Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures. Physical Requirements: The employee is regularly required to. Bend, stoop, climb, reach, sit, talk, and hear frequently Use repetitive hand motion, handle, or feel, and to stand, and walk frequently Lift to 25 pounds at a time. Tolerate exposure to a wide range of chemical and natural cleaning substances Lift trashcans up to 25 lbs. Push and pull a variety of mops Schedule: Part-Time - 3 days a week; 7am – 3pm with ½ hour lunch.
