Description
Penny is a very shy 3 year old kitty. She will be 4 in October. Me and my wife got her as a kitten, and she was the last one left of her litter because she was a runt. She is very slow to warm up to people, and will likely spend a bit of time under the bed when you first meet her. Once she gets comfortable though she is very much a lap-cat, and honestly the sweetest little cat in the world.
She's not mean to kids or babies, but is especially shy of them when they are being noisy. Our young son is calm and gentle enough that she allows him to pet her though. She doesn't do great with dogs if they are too aggressive with her, but if you have mild mannered dogs she will fit right in. She regularly gets in wrestling matches with our blue heeler. Also once she warms up she may give you the opportunity to pet her belly, which she loves. I've always thought this was very strange for a cat, but it is endearing.
Penny is spayed, and in good health, but may need some booster shots. Our family truly loves Penny, unfortunately for us we are moving soon, we have another baby on the way, and one of our dogs doesn't get along with her very well. We really want to make sure Penny goes to a good home, so give my a call, text, or email and we can chat. We are asking for a small rehoming fee which can be negotiated if you are interested. Also if you do decide to make Penny part of your family, we have food, food bowls, a litter box, a small cat apartment, and a carrier which you can have if you would like.
