Game Night w/ Mobile Home Investing Theme Simulated Negotiation Scenarios Saturday Afternoon 9:30 AM CST - 5:30 PM CST - Bus Tour Day The bus tour will include a guided inspection of several Mobile Homes where you will learn: How to Inspect a Mobile Home and What To Look For. How to Foster Quality Relationships with Handymen, Buyers, Sellers, & Park Managers. How to Close A Deal and Key Strategies to Success Typically there are always a some opportunities to invest in your next property during the tour, however, this is not something we guarantee. 7:00 PM CST - 9:00 PM CST - Semi-Formal Dinner Enjoy dinner with bus tour members and MHEI founders and staff.
