Email us to register: [email protected] Led by Kelly Ianelli...Kelly has completed 12 marathons and is a 2 time Boston finisher. She is a NYRR Pacer, a running coach and one of our Yoga Instructors! This series is focused on all kinds of active populations from the casual walker to marathon runner (cyclists will benefit as well). There will be emphasis on hip flexors, IT bands, chest openers, breath work, and post race recovery. There are many added benefits of combining Yoga with a running routine. The muscle wear and tear experienced after a long run can be counterbalanced with stretching which is an integral part of Yoga. This in turn also helps build balance and strength in the body, making it possible for runners to enjoy their runs while being free of pain and injury.
