Glenn Maurice Wade, 63, faces charges of transmission of harmful material to a minor, traveling to meet a minor, unlawful use of two-way communication device, and seduction of a child using internet or elect, according to the arrest affidavit.
Police arrested him on April 20 at an undisclosed St. Pete location at 8:54 a.m, the arrest affidavit said.
Wade bonded out of jail at 11:47 a.m. the day of his arrest, according to Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrest records.
