Castle Class Properties is a luxury long-term and vacation rentals inside 6 private apartments in updated buildings in the LAX and Downtown area. We are looking for a housekeeper that willing to join a fantastic company with great employee's and customers. Job Details: Perform housekeeping duties which include but are not limited to cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, changing linen and terry, window washing, surface polishing, balconies, trash/recycling removal, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, and dusting. Restock apartments with soaps, shampoos, various kitchen/apartment items, and welcome items like wine and chocolate Ensure all furniture, appliances, and amenities are clean and in working order Cleaning supplies and supply closet provided with all necessities Units range from 1 to 2 bedroom(s) Ideal flexible availability weekdays after 12 pm (our checkout time). What We Look For A professional with a positive attitude, who has the ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently A professional who can embrace the use of mobile applications and technology Knowledge of a wide variety of sanitation products, cleaning techniques, and methods Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment Physical stamina and mobility include the ability to reach, kneel and bend Competitive hourly pay We are looking to hire 1-2 people who preferably have experience in housekeeping. This is a Part-Time job for someone looking for some extra income. It would be consistent, stable, and a reliable source of earnings for you. We usually have some flexibility in expectations of timelines but sometimes we may be working on a crunch. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
