The Septic System Construction permit, a.k.a. 'Application for Disposal System Construction Permit', now available online through the Town's' online permitting system. This permit is used when a property has a private septic system, which is not accessible to the municipal sewer line.
The permitted septic system installer needs to fill out this permit application when a private septic system needs to be installed (new) or upgraded (existing) or repaired (new septic system component replaced).
