MIDDLETOWN, CT — (From City Hall): The City of Middletown's American Rescue Plan Act Task Force will stop accepting American Rescue Plan Act applications in 30 days. Completed applications must be submitted to the City of Middletown by 4 p.m. on Monday, June 13, to be considered for funding by the City's ARPA Task Force.
