looking for a specific adopted pup

I am looking for a puppy adopted out of a local shelter in 2021. I would love to reconnect with her. She is a husky shepherd mix, I named her Lady. I had to give her back to the shelter because she was hoping at my little one too much and wasn't adapting well. I would love to be able to reconnect and maybe form a friendship with the new owner. I have a GSD now and would absolutely love if they both became friends. I hope I can reach the new owners
