The Best Baguette contest is back in NYC! On May 18th, 2022, at the Consulate General of France in New York, in front of a panel of professional chefs, the finest bakeries in the area will compete to be the Best Baguette in New York. At the competition, you’ll sample all the finest baguettes made by our finalists. You will then vote on which bakery receives the Fan Award, as our judges will award the Grand Prix to the Best Baguette in New York. Attendees will also enjoy a buffet of cheese and charcuterie, along with a complimentary glass of French wine. This is French Morning’s best (and tastiest) event of the year, and we want to see you there! Jury members are: Alain Allegretti, Jacques Torres, Laurent Tourondel Competing bakeries are (in alphabetical order): Bien Cuit, Bourke Street Bakery, Bread Story, Breads Bakery, Brooklyn French Bakers, Chocopain, Frenchette bakery, La Bicyclette, La Boulangerie de François, Le French Dad, L’imprimerie, Liv Breads, Pain d’Avignon, Richaud NYC, Runner and Stone, Winner.
