Ok, so my dear Guitar Gurus, Please reply only with background that contains Jazz and Music Theory. We don't really play Straigtahead Jazz, but our tunes are inhanced with Jazz Harmonies and Chord Progressions, so with Zero Music Theory and Jazz under your belt, you'll be lost at band rehearsals and honestly, no one has time to wait till you'll "figure out" how to deal with tunes at home for couple of days. Sounds harsh? Is it better to come to audition to embarrass yourself? We understand that majority of Guitarist on this board are Blues Rorck 3 Power Chords and Let's Go types, but we need more, much more than that. Gotta love Peadal Boards (I only play clean channel...that's not what we want to hear, that's not gonna work. There are tons of leads to play, so you can use all your skills as a lead guitarist to shine, to surprise, to take a flight and take us with you in that flight..etc). Ages are limited to 35 and older (younger is not better). Why? We simply care about band's musical side as well as sound and vibe. We are Singer Fronted, all originals, no books and few covers).
