Why waste time? Endless auditions can be avoided if bands will post exact specs for desires band mates. Our band needs Lead Guitarist with Berklee background (or with similar knowledge of music theory...etc). We use elements of Jazz and Funk+Fusion+Pop, and we kind of sound in between Pop Jazz and Indie Rock, so having pedal board for long solos and rhythmic coloring is sup-dup important. Also, and we know that this may sound "weird", but we prefer sound of tele and Gibson over Strat. Interested? Working day job? Not touring? Den resident? Available for night rehearsals and gigs?
