BRIDGEPORT, CT — Dominick Krankall, the 6-year-old Bridgeport boy whose parents said was burned with a gasoline-soaked ball by neighborhood bullies, continues to get better after last month's incident, but his recovery will be long, reported Fox61. The boy and his parents, Maria Rua and Aaron Krankall, sat down with the station's Lauren Zenzie to discuss the incident, which Dominick said was scary. The incident is under investigation by Bridgeport police; Dominick's parents have said two brothers who live near them are responsible. They added that the 8-year-old and 11-year-old have bullied Dominick for months, though the parents of the boys deny the allegation. Dominick suffered second- and third-degree burns on his face and body, and he still wears bandages on his head. The team tweeted a video of him playing catch on the field with the players. Also this week, Dominick met his favorite superhero, Spider-Man, when the webslinger from GMS Management and Kids Characters for Parties volunteered to meet him, reported News 12.
