Eco Endeavors connects guests and residents in the area to different exceptional outdoor adventure based activities. Our in-house services include small boat adventure tours of the 10,000 Islands National Wildlife refuge, as well as luxury sailing experiences on a 44’ Fountaine Pajot catamaran. The van operator is specifically responsible for shuttling guests of these charters from the Eco Endeavors headquarters on Marco Island to the boat departure locations in our 2021 Mercedes 15-person passenger van. Primary Duties: -Safely and timely shuttle guests from Eco Endeavors Storefront location to The Goodland Boat Park, and Caxambas Boat Park on Marco Island and back -Communicate with guests in a positive and professional manner to provide a fun, enjoyable, & overall excellent customer experience -Be able to follow a schedule -Ensure cleanliness of van is maintained between trips (double checking for garbage, cleaning up any messes that happen throughout the day, etc.) -Communicate well with storefront personnel, as well as captains as needed -Preform end of day cleaning duties to ensure a clean and comfortable workspace environment and make sure diesel tank is full at end of shift Compensation: $20 per return trip plus tips Maximum of 14 trips per day available during high season (Average of 5 trips per day throughout the yr) **Potential to cross train and work as a deckhand/mate on boats is potentially available if interested. *****Clean driving record required***** For more information about us, visit ecoendeavors.org
